Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Scan Craft QR at scancraftqr.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This is a product policy in plain language and is not a substitute for formal legal advice.
The service
Scan Craft QR provides tools to create, customize, store, and track QR codes. We may update features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free and Premium QR codes
- You may create unlimited QR codes on a free account.
- Each free QR code includes up to 50 tracked scans. After that limit, scans may be blocked until the code is upgraded.
- A Premium upgrade ($19.99 one-time, per QR code) unlocks unlimited scans on that specific code.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Premium purchases apply to the QR code you select and are generally non-transferable between codes.
Your content
You retain rights to content you put into QR codes. You grant us permission to host and display that content as needed to operate the service (including public redirect and contact pages when someone scans your code). You must have the rights to any logos or personal data you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Scan Craft QR to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights
- Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
- Abuse scan tracking, APIs, or infrastructure
- Harass others or post illegal or harmful content
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of QR codes or the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
